Update naming conventions for CloudnativePG instances #528

From Architect's Guild decision, Aug 21, 2025:
- For CNPG databases we can name them just
postgressince we are always in the context of a cluster and namespace when working on a project and it would match local - for RDS naming you will use the client short code plus project name plus environment name and a hash (i.e.
high-mymasterchoice-prod-556F38)
Also update associated docs.
