feat: Add output options

There is currently no obvious way to change the output device used by hopp.

There should be an option, similar to the mic options, for sound output, in case someone wants to use a different output than the device's default. Additionally, one can also disable/enable output sound.

I spiked this, and unfortunately for now its not possible due to the limitations of Tauri/WebKit, which will go away with our refactoring soon.

Which I validated from testing in Safari vs Chrome 🥲

We will definitely deliver this, it will just take a bit more time 🙏
