bug: Unplugging/Plugging monitor without closing share

Describe the bug

When unplugging a monitor that is being shared, the process crashes.
When plugging the monitor back, while sharing the laptop screen, the share indicator (purple corners) appears on the external monitor, while the share itself keeps streaming from the laptop screen.

(Note: the external monitor has the macOS menu bar)

How to reproduce

1. Connect external monitor
2. Share external monitor
3. Remove external monitor (without closing share)

Expected behavior

Don't display any error, the "missing monitor" exception should be caught and handled as a "stop sharing" action.

I refactored the description, because I found another issue when plugging the monitor back.

I managed to reproduce both issues and #250 fixes it for me. @xipasduarte feel free to re open the issue if this is not the case for you.
