bug: dynamic positioning is not working

Describe the bug

When I had 3 displays, one below the other, I was clicking the tray icon from the second display but it is opening in the first one in the middle of the screen.

How to reproduce

1. Connect 3 displays
2. Arrange them one below the other.
3. Click the tray icon from the second one.

Expected behavior

No response

Could not repro my self, started a third display with BetterDisplay but no luck
