Feature Request: Render csv as html

Expected behavior

When reading the report and seeing the linked csv tables, it would be ideal if when clicking on them they'd render as html (maybe something javascript at some point).

Actual behavior

It presents comma separated values instead of a table. Not very legible.

Steps to reproduce

1. When the spec embeds a csv with table: /system/users.csv in the report shows a url to it
2. Click it and you get a lightbox showing raw comma separated values
