Steps with alias message can be improved

Expected behavior
Should give the list of all aliases in the message

Actual behavior
The message contains the refactor from and refactor to parameters as the alias list
i.e Step with alias "alias one" to "alais one more" cannot be refactored

The message can give the list of all the aliases for the current step.
i.e Step with alias "alias one" cannot be refactored
It can be steps with aliases : 'alias one', 'alias two' cannot be refactored.

Steps to replicate

• Run scenario - Should not refactor alias steps from gauge-tests against env=ci-ruby

Note: This test is not tagged to be run on ruby yet.
