Expected behavior
I should be able to run the example with the activeadmin war given

Actual behavior
I am not able to run gauge-example-java

On running java -jar /Users/sswaroop/Downloads/activeadmin-demo.war I am getting git://github.com/activeadmin/activeadmin.git (at master@74799b8) is not yet checked out. Run bundle install first.

bundle install says Could not locate Gemfile or .bundle/ directory

Steps to replicate

1. Active admin git is not cloned
2. Follow the instructions on the gauge-example-java. With the specified war run the example.
