Replace layer not working Sketch 49

The replace layer doesnt work anymore for me.
This is the best feature of the plugin anyway it can be fixed?

The replace layer works if you use it layer by layer, but it doesn't work anymore if you want to replace a group or multiple layers. I think the issue appeared on version 49.3.
