[Enhancement] Add minrelaytxfee settings

Hi,

Since few months, it's possible to push transaction with fees < 1 sat/vb.
For bitcoin core, it can be set with minrelaytxfee value (ex: -minrelaytxfee=0.0000010 means 0.1 sat/vb is min allowed).

There is a equivalent for Electrum / Floresta server ?

Hi @comassky,

We don't relay transactions right now, we are improving and optimizing block relay for now. We expect to have mempool in Q1 2026 (TM).

For transactions that we broadcast with floresta (through RPC or Electrum Server) we actually won't check for fees at all, so you can make a tx with any fee rate (even 0).
