suffix balances with "Sat" or "Msat"

Currently some properties/methods are missing this and it's not clear if a property is in sats or millisats.

NOTE: there should be no breaking changes in the API (but ideally we can add another property to the response which is more specific), also we should not make DB changes in the first iteration.
