feat: LND payments made externally from the hub are not visible

in the code there is this comment:

					// Note: payments made from outside cannot be associated with an app
					// for now this is disabled as it only applies to LND, and we do not import LND transactions either.

But incoming invoices made also externally are visible.
Besides payments done directly from the UI Receive/Send are also not associated with any app.
This doesn't see to be a good argument anyways.

Would be good to have these payments visible in the transaction list when using hub as a node interface for LND.

@frnandu @im-adithya I thought notifications of payments to external invoices was ignored. Reasoning is that for privacy reasons it might not make sense for Alby Hub to know about external payments (but then again the best method for that is to not connect your Alby Account?)

It should be either everything or nothing. (CLN + Phoenix should also behave the same)

Update: enable for everyone - users can disconnect their alby account if they want.
