Use docker-compose-ci

Change CI to use docker-compose-ci with matrix MW 1.35, 1.39, 1.43.

@samwilson fyi ...this is something we change next to get the same CI environment as for other extensions we are maintaining. @gesinn-it-ilm will work on this.
