Update endroid/qr-code to match MW core

Wikimedia's mediawiki/vendor repo has endroid/qr-code set to version 5.1.0 because of OATHAuth's usage of the library. QRLite is using version 4.6.

This makes it more annoying to install both QRLite and OATHAuth at the same time.

@samwilson Do you know from which version MW has included the QR code library? Maybe it makes sense to the lib shipped with MW.
