Blows Up Search Layout "Studio > Cases > Layouts > Search"

I added Worklog field (case_log-c) to the Cases Module. All workers well; however, when I try to update the module search layout (Studio > Cases > Layouts > Search) it blows up when I click Save & Deploy.

Installed in Professional, Version 7.6.2.1 (Build 9)

I an not even adding the new Worklog field to the layout. See before an after examples below.

Hi David,

Sorry for the delayed response. Does that issue still happen once the page is refreshed? Your screenshot looks symptomatic of a couple issues I've seen in Studio with permissions.
