Allow to activate/desactivate GetFeature popup on layers

When we want to only use a layer for rendring on map, it can be useful to desactivate GetFeature on it in order to not overfill the GetFeature's results popup.

It can be done by a parameter like the style one (a value for each layer, true/false), for example.
