+#### **Was bedeutet es für dich persönlich, an Projekten mit Umweltbezug zu arbeiten?**
+
+Nachhaltigkeit ist mir persönlich sehr wichtig. Ich bin froh, Teil eines Unternehmens zu sein, dessen Projekte den nachhaltigen Gedanken unterstützen und fördern. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne im Wald unterwegs. Deshalb macht mich die Tree-App als Unterstützung für den zukunftsorientierten Waldbau besonders stolz. Mit Technologie ein nachhaltigeres Leben zu vereinfachen und für alle zugänglich zu machen, ist mir ein echtes Anliegen.

+#### A**n welchem Projekt arbeitest du gerade, das dich besonders begeistert?**
+
+Aktuell haben wir das älteste Projekt von geOps, das über zehn Jahre im Einsatz war und ich schon länger begleite, komplett neu aufgebaut. Für fast 20 Kund:innen nun die Umstellung auf die neueste Technologie zu ermöglichen, ist superspannend. Die Arbeit ist extrem abwechslungsreich. Von Layout und User Experience über Kundenkommunikation bis hin zu technischer Umsetzung, Datenmanagement und Logik ist alles dabei.

+#### **Was macht die Zusammenarbeit bei geOps für dich besonders?**
+
+ Ich sehe mich in den Unternehmenszielen wieder und schätze das moderne Arbeiten mit einem flexiblen Arbeitsplatz sehr. Arbeit und Privatleben lassen sich gut nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen gestalten. Dazu kommt die tolle Teamatmosphäre mit supernetten Kolleg:innen. Besonders schön finde ich, dass man die Zusammenarbeit aktiv mitgestalten kann und eigene Ideen willkommen sind.

+#### **What does working on environmentally-related projects mean to you personally?**
+
+Sustainability is very important to me personally. I am happy to be part of a company whose projects support and promote sustainable thinking. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the forest. That's why I'm particularly proud of the Tree app, which supports future-oriented forestry. Using technology to make sustainable living easier and accessible to everyone is something I feel very strongly about.

+#### **What project are you currently working on that you're particularly excited about?**
+
+We have completely rebuilt geOps' oldest project, which has been in use for over ten years and which I have been involved with for quite some time. Enabling almost 20 customers to switch to the latest technology is super exciting. The work is extremely varied. It covers everything from layout and user experience to customer communication, technical implementation, data management, and logic.

+#### **What makes working at geOps special for you?**
+
+ I identify with the company's goals and really appreciate the modern working environment with a flexible workplace. It's easy to balance work and private life according to your own needs. Added to this is the great team atmosphere with super-friendly colleagues. I particularly like the fact that you can actively shape the way we work together and that your own ideas are welcome.
