Preannotator error seems to bring the service down

Hi! Thanks for the interesting tool.

I was testing the preannotation function (NeuroTPR) on the online demo (https://geoai.geog.buffalo.edu/GALLOC/). However, the system returned an error code (which just read error - error). After this, the web page was unresponsive and on reload returns a 503 HTTP error. As of creating this issue, the demo is down.

I noticed that the preannotator API endpoint mentioned in the article (https://geoai.geog.buffalo.edu/preannotator/neurotpr) also errors out. Could this be related?

Thank you very much for your interest in our work!

We have restarted the NeuroTPR service, and GALLOC should work fine now. Please give it a try. The server of our demo is maintained by the University IT. Sometimes, the IT restarted the server for maintenance, and some Web services may not be restarted afterwards. Please let us know if you notice a service is down.
