Error possibly associated with missing data

Hello,

I am attempting to run beast with the StarBEAST2 template, but I am getting an error that begins at starbeast2.StarBeastInitializer.checkSpeciesAlwaysRepresented(StarBeastInitializer.java:202). My first impression is that this indicates an inability to handle missing data, for not all taxa are represented at all loci in my input sequence. But I've read in a closed issue here that StarBEAST2 can be used with missing data. I have also received quite a few printed lines of 'WARNING: no up item specified in UpDownOperator', if that is helpful. I have included a picture of the full error output. I would appreciate any insight you have into this error.
