PharmaSUG has this doc that has something I have seen... repeated pre-cycle measurement. So... cycle 2 pre-dose is duplicated as cycle 1 post X hours and cycle 2 pre. https://www.pharmasug.org/proceedings/2015/PO/PharmaSUG-2015-PO06.pdf
In our case, we would duplicate the occasions; they would have the same measurement_id
