latest version?

Fantastic that QPPro is now public domain, thanks for making this happen. I can't help but notice however that the version posted (4.2) is not the latest version that was released many years ago (4.5). Is there a reason for this? In particular there seems to be a function CSNull missing from the 4.2 documentation, though this may not be related to the 4.5 versus 4.2 versions, I may be mis-assigning CSNull to QPPro. Thanks for any insights provided.

Ethan sent me the stuff that he still had. If there's a newer version out there and you've got it, I would be happy to add it to the pile of available things!
