Is there a way to jump into the chatgpt window and copy a desired code block to some pre defined place in the file only using vim shortcuts??????

Hmm. Not that I know of. I don't use VIM personally but I think you need to find a way to switch to sidebar with keyboard shortcuts. Once you are on the sidebar chatgpt window, you can use tab/enter keys to navigate and activate buttons. The window is fully accessible.
