Add integration test for iOS app upgrade flow from 1 version to another

Add an integration test covering the iOS upgrade path:

• Install app version 0.1 (3-4 months old)
• Create a wallet
• Update to app version 1.12
• Assert wallet, keys, and core flows still function correctly after upgrade
