Need a way to specify alternative grid generation routines

I've just added a nonuniform (x2) generation scripts which works better than uniform for a grid that covers a large number of L-shells. I'd like to have some way in the config.nml file to tell mode.setup which grid generation function to use.

Yes that would be better than the heuristics currently employed and simple to implement in PyGemini and MatGemini (and better for self-documenting simulations). Also a flag to indicate AMR was used.
