Firely Terminal v3.3.2 stops working together with codfsh #41
Description
Firely Terminal v3.3.2 had a breaking change in the way that the "fhir cache" command works. Instead of "fhir cache" it is now required to call "fhir cache list". Not sure if you would like to require a new minimal version of Firely Terminal or keep supporting the old and new behaviour.
