Display issue with monitors of different resolutions #19
Description
Describe the bug
I have two monitors in a horizontal layout, one is 4k and the other is not, nuTensor displays fine on the 4k monitor which is the primary, however if I use my browser on the other screen the popout is cut off and half of it cannot be accessed. Currently the only way I can allow anything is to drag the browser back to the 4k screen, allow whatever is required, and then drag it back to the 1080 screen, which isnt ideal. This was also an issue with the old uMatrix.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Click to view the matrix popout
- Looks correct on the 4k monitor, and incorrect on the 1080 screen
Expected behavior
Expect the interface to be accessible on both screens.
