fille connection issue

Hi,

I encountered this error when fitting a BGLR model.
Error in file(description = fname, open = "w") : all connections are in use Calls: BGLR -> setLT.BRR -> file Execution halted

I managed to increase the ulimit -n to a fairly large number but the issue still exist. I did have a interaction term in the model which has many levels. A slightly smaller dataset works fine. I appreciate it if any insights can be provided!
