Add row counting to code/utility/gdaUtility.py

When I changed code/utility/gdaUtility.py, I made it only counting distinct UIDs.

Please update it to also count rows. (And call it "rows", not "*").

Afterwards, please generate .json files for all gda-score databases starting with raw_.... and pseudo_...

Note that this is for the accuracy score only.

As a heads-up, note that we'll be doing the same thing for measuring accuracy for average...
