Errors should pop up

Currently errors are displayed in a JPanel on the main frame. These should pop up rather than simply show up in red.

This means adding a new JFrame to hold the error display, but for the most part it can still stay the same.

After creating the popup, the errors JPanel should be removed from the main frame and the favorite alarms panel should then expand up to the buttons, and should grow when resizing vertically.
