I am getting a syntax error in the last line. The code is exactly the same as posted. I dont know what went wrong. Please help!

NameError: name 'raw_input' is not defined

@anmhq Likely due to python version difference. If you are using python 3, you need to change raw_input to input.

oh ok got that!thanks. One thing that i needed to clear out. for entering the xtick coordinates- do you mean for two points to write in this format? for e.g (0,1) (1,1) ???

another thing: how to fix the index error its giving me index error for G.ll

You type the values of the places you clicked on the x axis, e.g., 0.0, 2.0 for the example figure. Then do the same for y.

Confirmed now to work with python 3.7 and matplotlib 3.4.1.
