can't show the picture

Why can't I show the sample picture when I run the program? Can someone tell me how to fix the problem,please?

I am having the same issue. There's no image popping up for me.

I just confirmed that the script works in a fresh conda environment with python 3.7 and matplotlib 3.4.1.
