`devenshv`; like `podmansh` to set the default shell

This does not seem to be on most platforms:

sudo ln -sf podman /usr/bin/podmansh

modify devenv.zsh

  local SYSNAME=${PREFIX}${SUFFIX}
  [[ $PREFIX == "podmansh" ]] && SYSNAME="podmansh"
  shift 2

devenv podmansh from dotfedora

this will result in:

$ podmansh
sh-5.2 #

which means you run as root and with sh. not ideal at all.
