Too lenient defaults for dataset search

For dataset search, but perhaps maybe for other search endpoints. 

When you search... 

Now when you search "ebird", you will get back all "bird". Of if you search "spotters", you will get back "spotted". Or if you search "irecord", you will get "record".

I don't think this is good default behavior. When I am search "ebird", I would not expect to get back all "bird" related datasets.
