GRSciColl - include reviewer comment in review notification #747
Description
When GRSciColl editors review a suggestion, they often add a comment to explain discarding a suggestion.
The users are notified by email that the suggestion was discarded like this "GRSciColl change suggestion discarded. See the comments on https://registry.gbif.org/collection/create?suggestionId=3437." but because the suggestion is discarded, the interface doesn't show the comment left by the reviewer.
It isn't very convenient for users nor reviewers.
Would it be possible to include the reviewer's comment(s) in the email notification?
