Literature results missing `modified` field

The literature search endpoint (https://api.gbif.org/v1/literature/search) seems to have stopped returning the `modified` field in its results. As far as I can tell, this stopped working somewhere around 2026-01-21.

The recent commits and issues don't immediately look relevant, and the documentation still shows the field in the example response.
