CI job to check for emulator updates #52
Description
We should consider adding a CI job running on a scheduled cron that's job is just to check if an emulator has been updated and provide us some kind of notification to start with. Eventually we may consider having it auto-update the emulator results on update, but I would be worried about abuse.
