Remove Clear-Site-Data header after 2026-02-03

Reminder

The Clear-Site-Data: "cache" header in docs/public/_headers was added temporarily to force browsers to clear stale cached content.

Action Required: After 2026-02-03, remove lines 4-7 from docs/public/_headers:

This appears to already be resolved — the Clear-Site-Data header is no longer present in docs/public/_headers on the main branch. The file now only contains standard caching and security headers. This issue can be closed.
