No sound on Mazda Connect

With this Headunit all work fine except their is no sound when I connect my phone with the Mazda connect via Android Auto (wire)

I also have this problem in rare cases. My workaround: After restarting the entertainment system, the sound works again by holding the BACK + MUTE + NAV buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
