Feature request: add IteratorSmallGroups #43
Description
This would take argument similar to those permitted for AllSmallGroups, but instead of constructing all groups up front (and keeping them in memory), it would construct them on the go.
Obviously the same could also be considered for other group libraries in GAP, but for me it'd be most useful in the small groups one.
