Missing license information #19
Description
Under which license is this code released? If we want to release this package for distribution (some people in Aachen are interested in this, e.g. @MeikeWeiss and @schnellecom for work on SimplicialSurfaces), this needs to be clarified.
The default would be "GPL 2 or later". @markusbaumeister @sebasguts would you be OK with this, resp. do you have some other preference?
