Can FRASER take junction read count as input?

I wonder if there are any ways to use junction read counts as input of FRASER? I am using FRASER 2.2.0.

Hi, using external counts is possible and easier through DROP and it's explained in the documentation. You can also find examples of how your external data should look like on the github.
