Pre-build with node-pre-gyp

Hi,

Would you be open to pre-building and storing built packages of this module (on S3 perhaps) using https://github.com/mapbox/node-pre-gyp?

We have a production setup with multiple small AWS server instances (load-balanced) and deployments take down all the instances when building this module. There are other ways around this but was curious if you'd be open to pre-building as a solution. If yes then I can submit a PR.

I can release pre-build packages, but I'd prefer to do so as GitHub release binaries, not on S3. Did so in gagern/node-libtidy@cd4f6f4 so I should be able to duplicate this here. With the work involved for setting up the secret keys and so on, I fear a PR would not be directly applicable. Don't know when I can get around to this. Give me a few days, and feel free to ping me again on this.
