try using a cellphone network, maybe it will work again. if you use wifi it will be difficult to connect like what I experienced

I have just tried it on cellphone network but it shows as same as before.

I tried the same way and it worked. do you use vpn or dns on your phone?

I have sent an email i was not attended to and this has been like this for over a month now and am not using VPN
