dropbox conflicted copy? #11

Currently we don't notice/handle these. Should we? Do what?
I don't see these much (just saw my first recently) even though I often directly edit in ~/Dropbox on my laptop the file I use/share heavily w/Orgzly. But I save frequently (after every mod pretty much) on laptop so that probably mitigates it.
