"File already exists , skipping" problem

IT was working perfectly before.I do not know what I did but I keep getting a "File already exists , skipping". The file is not there. I also searched everywhere in the machine. Where is the file that it's comparing it to?

It should be downloading it where the script is ran from i believe.
