[Bug] Not work Fast Forward option

1. Summary

I can not understand, how work Fast Forward option.

2. Expected behavior

Code presentation after carriage.

3. Actual behavior

No output in console.

4. Steps to reproduce

The problem is reproduced for me in a version of Sublime Text without plugins and user settings.

I saw package description:

Locate the place where you want to start this file in the presentation

But what is «locate»?

I set source folder and sink folder →

• I established carriage after symbol, with which I want to start the code presentation.

or

• I select text, after which I want to start the code presentation.

I set Fast Forward point → Ctrl+Shift+P → Code Presentation: Start Presentation → all code is presented for me, not code after carriage.

I'll have to check upstream and see what changed in sublime text, the methods I'm using to get the text offset of a click are no longer reporting the same values.

@fwph, a problem is reproduced for me in Windows 64-bit EN LTSB. Almost always presentation begin not in place, where I set fast forward point. Thanks.
