MaskComBinar doesn't use locale for number formatting (e.g. volume computation) #218
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running DeVIDE 12.2.7 on Windows using a Dutch localization
2. Run MaskComBinar
3. Compute the volume of a mask, and copy to clipboard
4. Try to paste into e.g. Excel
Since Excel uses the Dutch localization (comma delimited) and DeVIDE / Python
the standard US localization, the output is incompatible.
