Which python version should we use for this repo ? I'm not able to install the packages with python 3.9 nor 3.12

For the Dunk City Dynasty environment, only Python 3.8 is supported, while for Flappy Bird, only Python 3.9 and higher versions are supported. Therefore, it is generally recommended to use Python 3.9
