• Prior to the meeting, meeting information and agenda will be made publicly available. For all technical matter, please publish the technical materials on GitHub before proceeding to discussion during open source meetings.
• Meeting will be recorded and shared with the public (YouTube), information shared during the meeting should be non-proprietary.
  Meeting minutes will be recorded (in English) and shared on GitHub or Google Doc with the public/community.
• Private communication of any form (Slack, WeChat, Zoom, Phone Calls, Emails etc) for any technical matter (open source or not) should be completely avoided. Such discussions/requests should be re-directed to open source public forums/communication conversation channels.
• Meeting shall be conducted in compliance with the applicable Export Control Laws.
