Feature request: Add lock screen option to video player #3088

Use Cases
Request to screen lock or disable touch feature (looks like a lock icon in offline video players) to prevent accidental touches. There are a lot of time that I accidentally increase/decrease the brightness/volume or even fast forward the video, this would help me prevent this.
Proposal
This could be kept something like this(mine is a bit mis-aligned and does not match the icon theming)
