Bug: Plugin auto update doesent work anymore #3086
Description
Reproduction steps
since the new notification system was introduced the plugins do not auto update anymore when opening the app
Actual result
you need to go to the bell and manualy update the app
Expected result
when automatic update is aktivated for the plugin it should auto update on boot as it used to do
